I was born and raised in Cuba but moved to the United States in 2005. I chose to pursue a career in medicine from an early age because of my father’s illness. I watched as doctors and other medical professionals were able to alleviate his issues and I wanted to do the same when I grew up. A good day at work for me is when I play a crucial part in guiding my patients’ health decision making. At Sanitas, we are engaged to provide our patients with the highest quality care along with preventative care and health promotion. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors along with spending time with my family and friends.
