I was born in Cuba and graduated from Medical School in 1991. I had the great experience to live in Chile for about 8 years and practice family medicine there. And now I’m thrilled to have completed my family medicine training in the U.S. and work as a family Medicine doctor here in Miami. I decided to get into the medicine field because of my passion to help and improve the quality of life of my patients and their families. I like developing a close relationship with my patients, which means get to know them well, educate them and follow the improvement of their health. I feel very satisfied when I am able to achieve a positive impact in my patients’ lives. I want you to know that at Sanitas you will receive an outstanding medical care, doctors eager to help you and treat you as family in an environment that will make you feel relaxed, comfortable and safe. When I take off my coat, I love to spend time with my family and friends. I also like to exercise. For me there is nothing like swimming; it’s a great workout that uses the entire body.
