EXTRA CARE WHEN YOU NEED IT
Personal Care Coordinator
Reduce stress and add convenience when tests, procedures, specialist consultations or medications are needed. A care coordinator ensures that patients see the right doctors, arranges for special services as needed, and:
- Explains care plans
- Stays in touch between visits
- Coordinates referrals
- Helps with authorizations
- Provides support after hospital stays
Care coordination is also available through the mySanitas Chat app.
At-Home Care and Support
Sanitas doctors make house calls, for qualifying patients. Rest assured, their medical team will:
- Confirm your appointment and arrive on time
- Show their Sanitas ID card
- Wear a Sanitas uniform, safety mask and gloves
Plus, care coordinators can arrange for home health care or support when needed.
Free Telehealth App
From your smartphone or tablet, patients can connect with a Sanitas doctor quickly from anywhere, 7 days a week. Unlimited access to this service is free to all Sanitas patients.
No-Cost Transportation Services
If eligible, Sanitas provides pick-up and drop-off services at no added cost to patients.

South Florida
Sanitas Medical Center is a Value Choice Provider, a designation Florida Blue gives to some in-network providers including Sanitas. Primary care and urgent care visits at $0 do not apply to Health Savings Account (HSA) plans; the deductible will still apply. A total of two (2) urgent care visits are $0 for non-HSA plans regardless of which Value Choice Providers rendered services. After that, the urgent care cost share applies.
Health insurance is offered by Florida Blue. HMO coverage is offered by Florida Blue HMO. These companies are Independent Licensees of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association.
Sanitas is an independent medical center, serving people insured by Florida Blue (or other Blue Cross Blue Shield plans), original Medicare or self-paying for medical treatment.
