As a nurse practitioner at Sanitas, I give my patients exceptional care and listen to them with interest and a kind heart. I get to know them so I can help keep them on the right track or get them back to good health as soon as possible. I enjoy when patients thank me and tell me how much they appreciate that I took time to explain things so they have a better understanding of their health than when they came in. Fluent in both Creole and English, my patients can communicate with me in the language they’re most comfortable. I was born and raised in Miami and have also lived in Pembroke Pines, Florida, and Atlanta, Georgia. I’ve always been interested in learning about cultures and ethnicities, particularly the practices and traditions, which helps me have a better understanding of others and build a connection with them. I love working and helping people. I knew I wanted to help people and touch their lives in a meaningful way, so medicine was the right career choice for me. Medicine’s always evolving, so it’s a lifelong learning experience, which I like. When I’m not working, I like to spend time with my family doing different activities and watching my son play soccer. I like a good bootcamp workout, too.
