At Sanitas, I treat my patients like family. As a doctor, I’m interested in their health and seek to deliver excellent healthcare by reaching out, listening to them and treating their needs. A good day at work is when I’ve made a positive impact in my patients’ well-being and it shows. The son of a Cuban immigrant and a Puerto Rican mother, I was born in California and raised in Puerto Rico. I’ve also lived in Miami and Massachusetts. As a child, I had the opportunity to visit Venezuela on numerous occasions. Fluent in English and Spanish, I can greet patients in many languages. I was inspired to commit to medicine and my patients after my brother, a medical student, was diagnosed with a serious condition. I enjoy spending time with my children, and cooking with my family.
