I was born and raised in Miami, Florida. I was lucky enough to stay close to home during medical school and residency. I lived in Davie, Florida for the first two years of medical school before moving to North Miami Beach for the last two years. I moved back to Cutler Bay for residency and have been serving the community here since. I speak both English and Spanish fluently. Growing up my American father only spoke English to my brother and I, while my mother and grandmother would speak Spanish to us. I decided to go into medicine because of my love for biology. Once in college for Biology, I started shadowing doctors and realized how much I enjoyed helping others and giving back to my community. I want you to know that at Sanitas you will always be our priority. We are here to help you and will always have your best interest at heart. Here, we are all family. When I take my coat off, I love to work out at the gym and do Brazilian ji jitsu. Staying active clears my mind and keeps me stress-free.
