As a doctor at Sanitas, I’m passionate about my work. Prevention is the key to a healthier life and I focus on providing my patients with the necessary tools to help them reach their health goals, improve their care and outcomes. Being bilingual helps me get closer to more patients and their families. A good day at work is when I’ve made a positive impact in a patient’s health. Seeing them learn, progress and improve is my biggest reward. I was born and raised in Cuba, where my medical path started. I was inspired by my parents—my father was an anesthesiologist and my mother an oncology nurse. In my free time, I enjoy exercising and spending quality time with my family. I love to travel and learn from different cultures.
