About me I was born and raised in Bogota, Colombia. I studied in Colombia to become a licensed obstetric and gynecologic physician. My passion for medicine was undiluted since I was a child. At age 16, I got into medical school and became a practitioner at age 22. Four years later, I became a gynecological doctor. I love those days where I get to see my patients happy after being able to provide them a comprehensive medical care they need. I truly enjoy preventive medicine especially when we teach about exercise and good nutrition. I also enjoy that aspect of medicine that bridges the gap between traditional medicine and conventional medicine. This gives patients alternative options on which to go for their own personal lives. Our focus at Sanitas is to see patients as a whole and genuinely demonstrate dedication and individualized care for them. We have a razor-sharp approach on preventing illness, maintaining good health and helping our patients heal in due time. In my free time, I take time to relax and disconnect from the day hassles. I plunge myself into a deep state of meditation for personal rejuvenation. I also love to visit the beach, go to the gym and of course spend time with my family.
