As a family nurse practitioner at Sanitas, I treat my patients with the utmost respect and dignity. I’m understanding and attentive to their needs so I can properly aid them in their road to health and well-being. It means the most to me when I have the chance to teach my patients how to manage their medical conditions successfully. Empowering them brings me joy. Born and raised in Peru, I moved to Miami to attend college and I’ve now lived there for about 20 years. English is my first language, but I also speak Spanish and Portuguese. I took care of a family member who had a child with special needs and I witnessed the positive impact that all the providers had on this child and his family. I wanted to be able to provide the same quality and compassionate care, so I chose a career in the medical field. When I’m not caring for patients, you can find me in my kitchen. I love to bake.
