I was born in the Dominican Republic and moved to Pensacola in 2011. I came to the United States to continue my education in the medical field which I have thankfully been successful in. Miami has been my home for the last eight years and I’m fluent in both English and Spanish. I can also have basic conversations in Portuguese. I decided to go into medicine because I grew up seeing the positive impact that access to healthcare can do for a community. The fulfillment it brings me to help serves others is beyond words. A good day at work means my patients expressed that all their concerns have been addressed and solved with the health care plan that was proposed. I want you to know that at Sanitas you are being cared for in an integral way. Our well qualified group of healthcare providers will not only take care of you physically, but mentally too. When I take off my coat, I really enjoy spending time with my sons’ watching movies or learning a teenager’s vocabulary. I also enjoy singing and reading about personal growth. To relax I like to do handcrafts or exercise.
