I was born in Venezuela and became a medical doctor there. I moved to USA in 2006, where I practice as a family nurse practitioner here at Sanitas. When I was growing up, my father had a medical emergency and wasn’t likely to survive, but because of the help of a charismatic doctor, my father lived! This up-close medical experience motivated me to help others just like the doctor who had saved my father. To me, the best days at work is when I establish a connection with my patients from the very first appointment. I love taking care of my patients and am always moved by the difference I can make in their lives. I want our patients to know that, at Sanitas, we’re committed to their health and we provide the information, tools, and support they need in every appointment and every interaction they have with us. I am married and have three kids, 2 of whom are twins, and a small dog who is a part of the family too. When I get home from work, I love to spend time with my family! I truly enjoy chatting with my family about my work (my kids want to follow in my footsteps and enter the medical field when they grow up) and hearing about their days. We love eating out as a family. I also love travelling, especially to Europe. I enjoy learning about European history and culture.
