I was born and raised in Miami, Florida, but over the last ten years I have lived all over including Dominica, New York, and Georgia. I live in a house that is divided as I’m a Florida State Seminoles fan but married to a Miami Hurricanes fan. I’m extremely grateful to be back home in Miami serving the wonderful and diverse community that I grew up in. I decided to go into medicine because I wanted to serve my community and guide others to improve the quality of their health through education and preventative practices. I realized at a young age it was a natural inclination of mine to attempt to heal others and this quickly became my passion. A good day at work means I have given all my effort to ensure my patients are heard and that I have helped start them on the path to improving their health. It feels exceptional when patients express their excitement of reaching goals we set as a team. I want you to know that at Sanitas, I will always take the time to listen, educate, and guide you towards improving your health and overall quality of life. Aside from my personal attention, there are numerous programs that help simplify the daily struggles and access to healthcare. When I take off my coat, my favorite thing to do is spending time with family and friends dancing. It’s always better when we are all together!
